Return Policy
OVERVIEW
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
This eligibility may differ if your item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please refer to the exchange procedure described in the relevant section below.
SECTION 1 – REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
SECTION 2 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is visible.

SECTION 3 – SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number and provide proof (photo or video showing the damage or defect). Our support team will then provide you with the return address.
SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING
Before returning a product, please contact us first via our Contact Us page.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary (typically between 10 to 15 business days).
If you are returning an item worth more than £75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
