At AeroRelax, we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as accurate and detailed as possible, so there are no surprises when you receive your order. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re buying.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on processing orders quickly. You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation using the Contact Us form on our website.

After this period, the order is automatically forwarded to our logistics team. No refund can be issued until the returned order has been received in full at our facility.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to correct it only if the order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details, undeliverable packages (e.g. incomplete or inaccessible address), or refused deliveries.

If your package is returned to the sender, a refund may be offered, minus the original shipping costs. No refund or reshipment will be issued until the parcel is received back at our warehouse.


RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for any reason, whether you’re dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
