1. PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between AeroRelax (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.aero-relax.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

By placing an order, the Customer fully and unreservedly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


2. PRODUCTS

The products available for purchase are those described on the website www.aero-relax.com. AeroRelax makes every effort to present and describe the items as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur and shall not constitute grounds for liability on the part of the Seller.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.


3. PRICING

Prices are listed in GBP (£), inclusive of all applicable UK taxes, but excluding delivery charges. AeroRelax reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.


4. ORDERS

Orders are placed directly through the website www.aero-relax.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the product prices and descriptions, as well as these Terms and Conditions.

AeroRelax reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, a dispute with the Customer, or any other legitimate reason.


5. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and PayPal via secure payment platforms.

Payment details are never stored on AeroRelax servers.


6. DELIVERY

Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page, usually between 5 to 12 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the time of year.

AeroRelax shall not be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or external circumstances.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under UK law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right to cancel the purchase without needing to give a reason.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.


8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team first via the Contact Us page or at support@aero-relax.com.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Sale items are non-refundable.


9. WARRANTY

If an item is defective or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund. Proof may be required (photo or video). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.


10. LIABILITY

AeroRelax shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. In any event, the Seller’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.


11. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. It will never be shared with third parties without the Customer’s consent.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their data by contacting support@aero-relax.com.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the case will be submitted to the relevant courts in the UK.
